In my Hiatus post, I mentioned using my winter break from college to get some genealogy research in and hopefully concoct a few posts as a result.

While I certainly got some great research done and plugged in more data to my tree, I failed to find anything really interesting to report on. Then, before I knew it, winter break was over. My second semester started full-swing. My assignments quickly built up and have kept me perpetually swamped.

Spring break is the second week of March, and while I won't be purchasing any genealogy services to further my research at that time, my goal is to write up at least one post for My Twisting Tree of Ancestry.

The terms of my hiatus are uncertain, but I have no intentions of abandoning My Twisting Tree of Ancestry blog.

I started college last month, leaving me with little time to do extracurricular research. However, even if I had the time, I can no longer afford genealogy services, which has brought all of my research to a firm halt anyway.

I have a long winter break starting in mid-to-late December. I'm hoping to get a month of services so I can spend my break working on my tree. If I do, I'm hoping to get a few posts in.
