Imagine your Elf best friend coming to see you years after you gave birth to a lovely baby girl. Unfortunately for him, your child is not old enough not to ask him to join her tea party.

Aizawa and Shinsou having to give up coffee as soon as they find out they're pregnant is hilarious.

They both sulk for ages!

Shinsou eventually gets over it and tries to convince himself that he likes decaf. It does him some good to learn not to be so dependant on caffeine actually.

Aizawa though? He's not so easily swayed. He is so grumpy, all the time! Tries those vitamin drinks that are supposed to give you more energy, but they don't work and he can't stand how they taste. Too sweet for him!

Things get a little better when he stops doing his underground hero work and can finally sleep through the night, but he still brings up the fact that he can't drink coffee every five seconds.

(Mic buys him a baby grow that says 'Wasn't worth giving up coffee' on it. Aizawa tries very hard not to be amused, but he secretly is.)

The literal second his pup is out of him, someone better get him a coffee. He doesn't give a single fuck that it's gross hospital coffee, he downs the entire thing and immediately asks for another one. The doctors let him get on with it because he said he's not planning on breastfeeding, so it doesn't matter.

Aizawa fully makes you get him a proper coffee from a coffee shop on route home. He's exhausted and his newborn is sleeping in the back, but he's not going home until he gets his fancy black coffee from an actual coffee shop instead of the gross mess at the hospital (he says having drank literal litres of it lol).

Aizawa fully believes giving up caffeine to be the worst part of being pregnant and he's very dramatic about it (in an Aizawa way).

"I need more coffee. Get me some," he orders, cradling his new pup against his chair with one arm while the other held out the empty coffee mug that he had brought with him.

"Shou..." you hesitate. "That would be coffee number five, I think you should take a break and get some sleep."

"I just pushed a seven pound object out of me and almost died. Get me some more coffee."

"Yes, omega, I'll be back in a minute."

Twins!

Surprise!!!! Sparrow and Sky had twins!

The couple is over the moon in love with their new additions. 

Fern, the oldest. 

Named after Sparrow’s departed sister. 

And Forrest, the younger. 

Named after Sky’s departed son. 

Him just beginning to ramble random things but like srsly loud and then he starts questioning if it's supposed to hurt like this and then he starts panicking and won't stop grabbing for things to hold on to but it's ok because he's lowkey adorable ❤️

Mammon absolutely brings the Chaos™ with him while giving birth.

For some reason, he completely neglected googling or asking anyone about anything, so he's so confused and vaguely panicked about everything, because what is happening? Is that supposed to happen? There's no way it's supposed to hurt this much, right?

He screeches about how amazing the Great Mammon's pain tolerance is while sweating and screaming... He disturbs everyone and convinces no one.

Mammon is very, very grabby during labour. He wants his alpha within grabbing distance at all times. Luckily, demons have quite a fast birthing process, so it's likely that his alpha can stay with him the entire time.

"You... You can't j-just go getting up and leaving, alpha... What if something happened? Use y-your head next time, sheesh."

"Mammon, baby, I'm not about to wet myself on the hospital floor because you want me to hold your hand."

"Tch," Mammon scoffs, blushing. "I didn't say I wanted you to hold my hand, I just need you here because... er... you might get lost? Then you would miss the birth! I was doing it for you!"

You roll your eyes but say nothing, simply grabbing his hand and squeezing it. Lo and behold, he never pulls his hand away.

Yes definitely! It's more common in the omegaverse world for omegas to give birth at home, although it depends on the universe as to whether it's the majority or not. I'll try and make a quick list, but I'll probably forget some people, apologies!

Asra - He would only want a home birth. He wouldn't accept anything else. Either gives birth on his bed in a nest he built for the purpose or he has a water birth, depends on a lot of factors.

Muriel - He would never give birth with anyone but his alpha, and maybe Julian, there. So hospitals and random doctors are out of the question.

Shino - He gives birth at home with two clan medics to assist him.

Shikamaru - He would probably plan to do a home birth with clan medics, but his pup is really, really big, so he ends up at the hospital just in case.

Non-massacre Itachi - He gives birth in his bedroom with a whole team of Uchiha medics and medic assistants. It's probably for the best that Itachi is in so much pain, because having that many people sticking their fingers everywhere would probably be disconcerting.

Kiba - It's tradition in his clan to give birth at home with all the family around. He has a fairly easy birth, so it's all good.

Hawks - He really wants one, but his alpha has to convince him not to because his pup inherits his wings which make the birth a high risk.

Denki - He's surprisingly passionate about having a home birth. He'd be really upset if he couldn't have one for whatever reason.

Shiggy - He obviously tries to have one. It backfires hugely and he almost dies because he doesn't have access to medical attention.

Dabi - He has the same reasons as above, but if we're looking at a version of his life where he doesn't join the LOV, he still wants a home birth. He really wants a small intimate affair that will calm his anxiety. He has a water birth for safety reasons. The landlord won't be happy if he burns down the block of flats.

All the obey me brothers + Diavolo + Barbatos +Simeon - They all give birth at home. Labour isn't dangerous (although it's still painful) for demons, and they're so territorial that when they're birthing their pups it needs to be in a private, personal space with only their mate (some are okay with family too, most commonly other pups.) Devildom doesn't really have maternity wards lmao.

V - He wants a home water birth, I think. He has a completely natural birth with no pain killers, too.

Saeran - He's torn, but he doesn't really want to go to the hospital despite feeling like he should. He feels guilty about wanting a home birth, but he feels better once Jumin offers the services of a specially trained and discreet team to attend him at home.

I think Tokoyami would be at a really high risk of dying as he got close to giving birth since you know the baby might have a beak(and let's not forget egg tooth which is sharper than a grown bird's beak as far as I know) and might have bird-like instincts and assuming he don't lay eggs his baby might try to break the ovum(? I don't know what you call that in English) and eventually fatal parts of his body.

Hmm, yes, I hadn't really considered how Tokoyami would give birth, but I think you're absolutely right. Especially because I headcanon him as giving birth to triplets.

According to some (questionable but amusing) sources on the internet, Tokoyami would likely have eggs inside him will the pups develop, to stop the beaks from tearing him from the inside.

But three large eggs, oof that's got to hurt. Tokoyami is huge whilst pregnant, and more than once I imagine he regrets getting pregnant with triplets, like, he loves them all, but maybe they could have been consecutive instead of all at one, y'know?

But, despite the beaks not being an issue, the size of the eggs certainly is. There is no conceivable way for him to birth them naturally, they would rip him apart. Tokoyami has to get a c-section, which I imagine leave him very sore.

But there are still so many things that can go wrong!

Tokoyami has to get specialist care organised to incubate the eggs because he can't wait for his labour to start to take them out. The eggs will hatch when Tokoyami goes into labour, but the breaking egg shell could pierce through his organs and be very dangerous. So, Tokoyami has to be induced early to try and prevent that.

But the risk is always there that they might hatch early and kill Tokoyami. It's a scary situation, and in a way, he is very glad he's having triplets because he never has to go through this again, three is enough for him.

Tokoyami is in and out of doctor's surgeries for his entire pregnancy because he's so high risk.

"If," Tokoyami hesitates as you both lay next to each other in bed. It's the night before he's going to be induced. "If I don't make it-"

You opened your mouth to argue, but Tokoyami held up a hand to stop you.

"I need to say this," he says firmly. "If I don't make it tomorrow, I need you to promise me you'll look after them. It's not their fault."

You close your eyes and swallow heavily. The thought of your mate dying tomorrow made you feel sick.
