Permission to Fear
Oh praise the lord, I am so glad I’m done with this one, I don’t think I can stand to look at it any more.
So, As most of you all know: I have Trypophobia.
(It’s a fear of clusters of holes/dots or something. It gets triggered by some patterns too.)
I saw the word on the list and I was like “Oh snap. Welp. Panic attack, here I come!”
I ended drawing my phobias, along with some words I fear, such as “Unloved” or “Useless”.
Also, don’t mind the spikey thing, that was supposed to be a flower with like a vine reaching out, covered in more flowers, but I apparently can’t draw flowers, so that’s what you’re getting.
I hoped this would help me with my fears, but it didn’t do much, other than give me a headache, and make me feel a bit sick. So I’m sorry if it’s not the best quality ever lol
