TV Show Ideas - Job Interview and Job Game Show
Since I struggle to get any feedback from previous interviews and where I've gone wrong to help correct myself and further improve my chances, I thought it would be a great to have a show, with consent of the companies and the candidates.Â
The idea of the show is also to help those who struggle to impress during an interview, and to figure out which areas they could improve on, and what criteria each companies are looking for.Â
The show provides various type of different jobs, and show the unique capabilities of different candidates, what companies do to determine the right candidate. I am sure that each company will have their own unique approach and method in selecting the perfect candidate.Â
Companies may also provide feedback or discussion where why the other candidates were not selected. If I would give a name to this show, I'd call it "The Candidate."Â
I just thought of another TV show idea whilst blogging on the idea above. If they could have a TV show for people who are seeking a new job, or those who are unemployed looking for new work, or those who are seeking change in career paths, or looking for a change in their working environment. At the same time, there will be multiple employers with different job offers available.Â
Just like the chinese dating tv game show called "If you are the one." but designed for employers to find the right candidate for the job. Candidates arrive on stage to select their employer of choice based on company branding provided. Candidates are to provide a brief overview of themselves from characteristics, their education background, employment history and why they decide to go on the show. At any moment of the time, employers can opt out in hiring the candidate. Remaining employers will be given the opportunity to ask the candidate questions, based on the roles they are willing to offer. A video of the candidates references will be played, based on standard interview questions. Employers will also be given a chance to speak to the candidate's references.Â
At the end, the employers that remain will then state the position of choice for the candidate. The candidate will then make the final decision to accept whatever job position is made available to them.Â
