After a long particularly exhausting day the only thing he wants to do is lay his head down on you, on your shoulder, your head, your lap or chest, he just wants to feel you. You're the one person he would do ANYTHING to keep you safe, including offering himself to a raider if you were in trouble (never ends well)
If he's out on a mission, you don't get to come or go on one yourself. He refuses, he'd never out right give a reason but in truth his nerves are already on fire when you're on a mission alone. Do you really think he could multi task worrying about you and the mission? No, because you take priority.
He tends to dump things onto the other cleaners just to get some more time with you, regardless of he gets in trouble. He wants to yap and yap to you about how terrible a trash beast he fought was, or how cool he looked doing it because your validation is the only one he cares about.
He likes taking baths with you, not even in a sexual manner (sometimes) . He wants to hold you, to know and feel that you're real. He wants to scrub your back and wash your hair, because the act of taking care of you is his peace.
That being said if you wanted to take care of him? He would not fight it at all, he would melt instantly into any care you gave him. You made him a good meal after a long mission? He's eating every last bite even if he wasn't hungry. You hug him the moment he comes home? He'd melt into you, and on very rare moments he'd fall asleep from how nice it felt, just like that and nearly topple you over.
He's jealous and he doesn't even hide it, but he's still subtle. He always keeps a hand around your waist or on your shoulder, pulling you closer when you stray away. He will and has tackled people for trying to flirt with you, following through on his threats.
He made you promise that if there was ever a dangerous situation and people were in danger, not to be a hero, and run. Save yourself first, because he knows in a way he couldn't handle losing you in this dumpster fire. I should make a angst fic out of that ❤️
These were really just a silly dump, I'm considering making longer actual fanfics instead of headcanons. I should also be uploading more now adays!!
