Bridget made her first appearance in Guilty Gear X2, third game of the Guilty Gear series. Back then, she was presented as a boy who likes to dress cute, and basically was 'the cute character', to differ the games cast

Bridget was born with her twin brother in a town where it was belived that two identical twins bring bad luck, so her parents have raised her as a female, which bridget didn't mind, but her parents were sad about it, so to make them happy she started to go hunting like a man.

In Guilty Gear Strive, after fulfilling her original goal, she starts to search for a new purpose. She comes to the realization that she doesn't want to be a man, and after some words of encouragement she announces that she is a girl.

When fighting, she uses her yo-yo and her oversized, mechanic teddy bear Roger, and that applies to all the guilty gear games she appears in

Lightbulb from Inanimate Insanity! (canon transgirl)

Lightbulb is a character from Inanimate Insanity, an online object show series that started in 2011. Like most object shows revolves around having a group of objects competing in various challenges.

Whoever fails to earn immunity is at risk of being sent off the show and into the unknown, and the winner claims a million dollar prize

Lightbulb is a contestant appearing in the first and second season of the series, and is a group leader in both of them.

Her personality changes in the second season, and instead of being dizzy and free-spirited, in the second season she has much more of a "leader personality". However she still remains very comedic, goofy, and silly even.

In the first three episodes of season one, she was refereed to as a male by the rest of the characters, which led to a speculation that she is transgender.

In a Q&A video with one of the show's directors, Brian Koch confirmed that Lightbulb is transgender after being asked by a fan if it was considered canon.

Anode from Transformers (IDW)! (canon transgirl)

Anode is an Autobot born on Cybetron who first made her first appearance in the comic series Lost Light, taking place in IDW Publishing's Transformers universe. She was first a blacksmith but later quit and declared herself instead an archaeologist, treasure-hunter and adventurer.

Anode has a partner and spouse, Lug, who is also a transgender female autobot. They got separated when Anode was moved 500 years into the future. Although Lug was already dead by then, Anode was able to bring her back using a flower and a snowflake that have preserved some of her spark

Anode has once encountered Arcee, a fellow transgender Cybertronian and offered her help with the adverse effects of CNA reformatting surgery that she had undergone to affirm her gender. I'm putting it here mainly because I plan to to a post about Arcee in the future

Lily Hoshikawa from Zombie Land Saga! (canon transgirl)

Lily Hoshikawa is a part of the main cast of Zombie Land Saga, an anime series originally airing in 2018 on Japanese television. She is the first and so far only officially queer character in the series

Lily, during her lifetime was a famous child actress who appeared in a lot of shows, but has unexpectedly died in the year 2011 when she was 12 years old. In the first episode of the series she got resurrected along with several other deceased girls to join an idol group called Franchouchou

In episode eight of season one we find out about her lifetime, how she got stressed and overworked and anxious about growing up, getting body hair and her body getting more masculine. She refused to show herself on cameras and got into a fight with her dad, then died because of a heart attack after seeing a string of hair on her face. Later in the episode she preforms a special song to give her father a proper goodbye

Madeline from Celeste! (canon transgirl)

Madeline is the protagonist of Celeste, a game made in 2018 by the creators of TowerFall. Throughout the game Madeline stubbornly tries to climb the Celeste Mountain despite a many dangers related to it.

Throughout the game it's revealed that Madeline struggles with depression and anxiety that probably caused her to climb the mountain. Her main enemy in the game is Badeline, the "part of herself that she doesn't like", more precisely a personification of her fears and anxieties. Madeline is usually running away from her, but at the end of the game Madeline learns to accept and comfort her.

In chapter 9 of Celeste, available as a DLC, at the end we can see Madeline's room, that has an old family photo where she has very short hair, and also a little trans flag behind her computer.

Later, the creator of the game, Maddy, makes an article where she confirms that Madeline, is in fact transgender, and that it wasn't officially confirmed in the main game because the creator herself by that time didn't know that she was trans, but now she knows that they both are.

Earthworm Kim from Earthworm Jim 3D! (canon transgirl)

Earthworm Kim is one of the major villains and the final boss in the third game installment of the Earthworm Jim series, where the main character Jim suffers a head trauma (gets crushed by a cow) and now has to fight off the fears and anxieties in his own head.

Earthworm Kim is the embodiment of Jim's long repressed feminine side. Her objective is taking over Jim's mind and body completely. Jim need's to defeat her to, as he says, save his masculinity. After defeating her, she gets unlocked as a playable character, which changes the game's difficulty to hard and makes Jim the final boss instead.

June Egbert from Homestuck! (transfemmed canonically male character)

June Egbert was originally a just fanon transfem version of the main character of homestuck, John Egbert. The idea of her was first born in 2019 and she became a very popular fanon character/interpretation around the homestuck fandom, even being acknowledged by the creators and positively received by them.

June became more of a big deal when Andrew Hussie (who is the creator of homestuck) has responded to a person who posted that they had found his treasure (a lot of tomblerones), and jokingly demanded that Andrew needs to now make June Egbert real. And he has responded, saying that he will.

After this response fans obviously thought that John will go through a transition/realization/egg cracking in the not-really-canon Homestuck 2 project that Andrew was making, yet she has not been shown there (except for some subtle hints). But the series is still ongoing and there's a lot of hope that she will be there eventually.
