BBT help?
I need help with bbt as I've just started tracking it this cycle. My bbt was 97.07f around ovulation. (Got all possitive opk at this time). Days following it stayed same apart from yesterday it went to 97.19, but this morning its dropped right down to 96.76. I'm only 4dpo.
Anyone have any idea?

Still stuck in limbo...with everything
Our regular clinic has nothing for us. I have to get copies of the IVF, the IUIs, all the bloodwork and everything for Mt Sinai. I booked an appointment with Mt Sinai on May 17th; I'm meeting with the medical director. My current doc says that she has the most experience and will be the one to help my mind-boggling case. The biggest upset? If this IVF cycle goes boom like the last one (no embryos) then there's no point in trying again. My eggs are clearly useless. Mt Sinai has a 2-3 year waitlist for embryo donation (to receive) and I don't know what I would do. I can't imagine waiting that long (for something that won't work for sure), but what other options? Surrogate (using their egg?), that costs thousands for paperwork to adopt. Private adoption? $20K. My wife and I always talked about fostering after having our own kid. It was our plan. But if we don't have our own kid, when will we foster? We don't see fostering as a way to adopt so maybe we just foster any we can. Suggestions? Ideas? Thoughts?

Main fertility doc wasn’t there today. Talked with the nice (but not so knowledgeable) backup. 3 IUIs failed, not a single positive test to show for it. Options: Do an endometrium biopsy, just to check (free) Do laprascopy (ovarian drilling, possibly another HSG, check for endometriosis, also free) Do 1-3 more IUIs at $2,000 each cycle using sperm bank sperm or save $1,000/cycle if we find a donor friend IVF: $10,100 PLUS about $6,000 in meds (plus sperm) for 1 cycle. $1,750 per embryo transfer after that or wait 3 years to be put on the OHIP funded cycle (government health insurance) and save the $10,000 Fuck. If we continue with IUIs, we may never get pregnant or get an official answer on fertility. Could be egg issue, embryo issue etc. What should we do? I’m kind of leaning towards the biopsy/drilling and a couple more IUIs but maybe with other (free) sperm but we don’t know any healthy males we want to request swimmers from.

10 dpo and test was negative. I have now lost all hope for this cycle and honestly IUIs in total. Add in that I had a seizure 2 nights ago and my body is super sore; I feel really depleted. I go in Tuesday morning for a blood test. Will have to talk to the doc on Thursday or something about the ovarian drilling then IVF. Anyone had the ovarian drilling? Was it worth it? I honestly don't want to keep paying $2000 a month try IUIs and kinda want a price breakdown for IVF so we can budget it. I want to know what's wrong and make sure it goes right. My heart hurts.
Lovely little TMI
Tried telling myself not to symptom spot but here we are. 3dpo and I've had some pain on my left side right where my ovary is. I rarely produce eggs on that side and this cycle had nothing close to 10mm so it's not some weird secondary ovulation. It's a dull ache with some sharp pains. Lasted about an hour. Add in though that after the IUI, my cm dried up but just now, I had EWCM galore. Looked it up and a bunch of places say another estrogen peak (from follicles) and a lot say they got their BFP that cycle. So here's hoping. Not much else really, I'm tired but that's pretty normal, I'm craving bananas! (I HATE them. Like gag at the smell...weird) and just overall strangeness but nothing I can attribute to this cause it's too early. Here's hoping this week flies by. Work training was boring as hell today. I was excited to have something to distract me but it's the trainer reading out of the policies book. Yay.
TTC can kiss my ass
Wed - had ultrasound and bloodwork, they said ovulation likely on the weekend so we needed to decide quickly what we were doing this cycle.
We decided it would be the one cycle we would try before my final dispatch training (when we were thinking taking 1-2 months off from TTC). So we spend hours looking into things. Get the approval for doing insem at home, spend 3+ hours looking at the sperm back options, agree to pay for PREMIUM sperm (like seriously...wtf).
The nurse calls at 3:30pm (when the clinic closes) and says bloodwork came back saying I likely ovulated yesterday. Which is weird cause I can’t imagine bloodwork can show that??? The doc said today, follicles were at 18-21mm (I’m pretty sure he even said he could see the eggs in them) and lining was good so I don’t know what the bloodwork could have said, I can’t find anything online. I couldn’t call the nurse back to get what happened. She basically said it “wasn’t a good cycle” cause of the bleeding and I have a feeling they’re just covering their ass. Which I get but fuck be honest with me then. Don’t make us rush to find sperm/get ready to buy it at over $700! Is there a way bloodwork could show ovulation the day after it happened? The big reason I don’t want to TTC right before/during final dispatch training is it’s shift work and stressful. I don’t want to be vomiting on the air. Should we just go ahead and try? It may not work? But it may work? The last time we took a couple months off it took 2 months to get back on track to this cycle and it clearly didn’t go well. I don’t know what to do. So fucking emotional and upset and frustrated. Half of me wants to call tomorrow and ask what bloodwork said I ovulated. I want details cause I’m getting conflicting info. I also kind of just want to buy the sperm and try it but it would be a waste of $700 if I already ovulated. Help.
