This was an odd request from his student, but she at least asked first instead of latching herself onto him for the sake of the “national holiday” so he didn’t feel quite like saying no outright.

Stupid sexy Launch...

TFW you see your crush looking cute and you want to tell them to stop it but at the same time you don’t want them to stop because they look happy and so you end up standing there looking like a moody asshole for no reason while staring at them.

“Rude! Watch how you speak to me, you hot headed bastard!”A huff escaped her lips as she crossed her arms over her chest, “Well, I was just trying to be playful, but if you’re gonna be a dick, then I suppose I can take my attention elsewhere…”A frown formed as she let her tail swing freely,

“I’m not mad at you for the naked fiasco earlier, my help is suppose to watch anyone who is allowed to enter, so they’ve been dealt with. Well, since you want to be grouchy, and clearly you don’t want any company, I’ll leave you to whatever it is you do on this planet…”Shrugging she turned around and walked away from him, “See ya around, Jungle boy…”

“I’M HOT-HEADED?!” 

The taller Saiyan gaped in astonishment.

‘Suddenly she doesn’t like dicks?! Then what the hell was she doing fooling around with VEGETA?!’ It was tempting to voice this snide thought aloud, but Skye put an end to that by clarifying that she wasn’t angry with him for seeing her naked the other day. Was this the truth? Or was she trying to be the aloof one this time?! Now that she’s provoked him into yelling at her. 

“Humph, you give up easily, don’t you?” Raditz allowed himself to mutter under his breath as he glared at her back as she decided to leave. What was the point of showing up some place only to run off again? Though his eyes soon lowered down to her ass and his ire began to fade as he watched her hips sway too. A part of him hated the idea of chasing after her, because it was probably part of her game to string him along. He couldn’t stand the idea that she might be mocking him. Hated that she was probably counting how many seconds it took for him to stop her.  Such negative assumptions came to mind because that’s exactly what Raditz did to others when he was manipulating them.

But he wanted those answers, and he wanted them now!

His longer legs helped him catch up to Skye with ease, though he remained behind her. His tone of voice was still serious, but he wasn’t showing as much anger as before. “Don’t walk off thinking what you did is okay. If our places were switched, you’d be screaming your head off. Or is your head so far up your own pretty little ass that you can’t spare a moment to think about how your actions affect others?”

Ugh…this wasn’t the direction he wanted the conversation to go in…perhaps he was still upset. It wasn’t like him to lose his temper like this. 

Sucking in air through his upturned nose, holding his breath for three beats, then releasing the air back out through his nose helped Raditz compose himself again. Being direct about his true thoughts and feelings wasn’t easy. When he spoke again, his voice was back to that gentle intonation he usually used, but his usual smug demeanor wasn’t present. 

“Listen, Skye. I am interested in you. I’m...attracted to you. I’ve made this obvious from the start. So either you’re ignoring it, or you’re toying with me to feed your own ego. Either way, I’m getting tired of playing these guessing games. I’m not asking for any commitments. I’d, I’d just appreciate knowing if the feeling is mutual in any way.”

Raditz could feel his cheeks flushing, and he hated how his body was betraying him. The embarrassment wasn’t because of his confession to liking her. It was because he had to spell it out to this flippant and arrogant woman in order to get it through her thick skull! The cynic in him suspected that he was making a fool of himself for even bringing this up. That negative side was berating himself already. Telling him how he should have let her walk off in her usual habit to get in the last word. But Raditz couldn’t help himself. The desire to know was greater than his desire to protect his pride. 

Already his body was tense, bracing himself physically and mentally for whatever taunts she’d have for him. He didn’t know much about her, but he knew what to expect. Raditz didn’t even want to see the look on her face when Skye would turn around. If she even bothered to look at him. His lips that were usually curled into a smirk formed a tight lipped pout.

Raditz is randomly given a banana. His face is a mixture of emotions. Mostly bewilderment, but of course there’s also a hint of irritation. “Are you trying to insult me?” This question is more of a demand for an answer.
