After the release of Strangerville GP (or a few patch later), you may find your Sims left ear with a kinda strange earbud when wearing the sportswear outfit. It is unknown why this item spawns on your wardrobe, as it belongs to the gamepack unlockables when you reach a certain level in the military career. You can get rid of it by taking off all of your Sim accessories in CAS , but you will also lose bracelets, rings, and necklaces (as it’s invisibile in the earrings cathegory).

But what if you actually want to mantain all the other accessories but that stupid earbud?

You can use Unlock CAS Rewards by r3m, which will not only unlock every single CAS outfit and item from EPs and GPs, but will let you find that mf earrings and take it away from your outfit.

After downloading the cheat mod, put it into your Mods folder, load your save file, enter the following strings into your cheat bar:

with the following string appearing:

Now jump from Live Mode to CAS, find the item in the specific cathegory and remove it.
