ty!!!! QWQQQ and unfortunately i haven't been able to atm due to some busy stuff upcoming back and forth, bUTT!!! i do have a rough script of the next/last part for the comic written!! its not over yet and hell am i gonna walk off before i get it done. i love my yaoi...

i know good chunk of folks are waiting so have this lil snack for now and im hoping next month i can finally start sketching out the pages!!! next part is gonna be likely as long as the previous one (30 pages) so ya'll will def be fed :))))))

i just realized i haven't done a proper update post of the comic on here other than screenshot bit on my twitter/x and on the TSB server every now and then (very rarely do i stream it). so imma give a quick update before the end of the year!

comic is still in the works and been doing my best to resume focus on it again cause of irl issues happening, and determined more so to get it done due to the end of smg4 coming near. so far, part 3/ch 2 will have a total of at least 30 pages total, bigger and better than the previous part not even kidding. we got more characters, more spaces explored, and you bet i cooked up something a bit angsty

so whats the current process rn?: almost 20 pages of (cleanish) lineart are done atm, with all pages been roughly sketched and scripted on my notebook.

got a long christmas vacation where i wont be at home whatsoever (going out of the county) so not sure if i can get it done this year, but will do my best and focus getting it done while doing some small comms on the side

and this isn't just me making continuous false promises or excuses the past few months. so going to take this to make a proper full explanation, in case folks forgot or been dying to know.

most common reason why it's been a looooong delay is due to me graduating college. moving states (in america), unpacking + cleaning, and managing thru homesickness and other heavy emotional business.

a less well-known issue is the original file i had for the next chapter/part has been deleted almost entirely. either a file glitch or i accidentally deleted it when cleaning my files months before i had realized. meaning most of the progress i had (which is more from what i've shown publicly) is gone. however, i've decided to restart from scratch but keeping the same premise and better yet take it to my advantage to make it better than before narrative-wise.

"why don't you redraw the sketches you posted?" the amount of work i lost mentally killed me, and im just not the type of guy to redo old stuff when i know i can try something even better.

i've been spending this summer finishing up own art stuff for folks relating to the TSB server, other miscellaneous artwork, and most recently my participation in art fight. along with managing my time with family again and slight burnt out.

overall, despite these challenges i genuinely want to continue lipbite not because of demand, but for myself. when i can, and WHEN I WANT TO. additionally, creating an impactful storytelling inspired by personal experience than just the generic "gay gay kissing gay gay yayayay" for clicks as im not the type of guy to do things for attention or popularity. i just wanna do what i like and if other people like that too, then hooray.

have i been working on since?

minimally yes, foremost rewriting the script/premise of the chapter in which is at a point im confident in i can start drawing and complete the script as i continue. so for now, no drawing process has started, but it means the process can start almost immediately now! so hopefully i can send another update of what i got sometime soon.
