"I always wanted to work on my chakras but didn't know where or how to start. When I saw a post on Facebook about 'Bridging the Gap Wellness' hosted by a well-known and caring, lady from Northern Ontario, jumped at the idea of a Chakradance retreat on a beautiful island on Portage Bay.
