Once a city rathaus, now this place functions as a public library. Windenburg Rathaus also offers space for conferences or chess competitions for those interested.

Hello simmers.

I’d like to present you my newer version of Willowcreek Library.

I’ve inspired by Appellite Division Courthouse though I converted the building to a library.

I’ve challenged my self creating Circular and Eliptic atriums.

The venue can be either a café, retail or library.

Note: dome behind belongs to St. Barbara Basilica
