Brinleton Bay Country Club

Hello everyone!

I finished building my country club, and I'm excited to share it! This project was a great challenge for me. It took a long time, but I am happy with how it turned out.

This building includes a restaurant, a café, a ballroom for events, and a lounge with a bar. It also features a gym, a tennis court, three bedrooms, and a sauna for relaxation.

I haven't playtested this build yet, so please let me know if you encounter any issues with it.

During the day, there's a beach and lounge, and a disco at night. Around the lot, I placed objects with tool mod, which will be available in the save version.

Non-Residential Bar Lot ( No CC, Download via Tray)

Pola Rooftop Bar is the latest project by The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd (Del Sol Valley Branch). Situated right at the heart of downtown Del Sol Valley, Pola Rooftop bar is the perfect place to go for a chill night out, or daydrinking by the pool in the downtown sun. The building (The Seno) is a low-rise office building with an empty space on the 1st floor, Shinomiya Finances KK office on the 2nd floor, and The Lesmana Enterprise Co., Ltd Del Sol Valley branch office on the 3rd floor.

The Seno Building

The namesake of Seno Building is taken from a popular street in Jakarta (our OP's hometown) where minimalist bars and clubs sprawl along the street.

Our architects designed Seno to be a subtle, yes still a great piece of architecture to be placed right on Starlight Boulevard.

Hi-Fi Records & Lounge | Willow Creek | San Myshuno

I’ve been on a quest of San Myshuno-fying Willow Creek’s strip. Starting off with a sexy local lounge bar thats adjacent to a record store. There’s an upstairs starter apartment if you’d like to turn this venue into a small business.

This lot features my own Custom Venue template. As this is my first attempt at creating a Custom Venue, it isn’t quite perfect yet. You can refine the template or change the lot type to a lounge.

The exclusive ‘Gentlemen’s Yacht Club’ is located in the port town of Brindleton Bay. Club members discuss important world events and take a break from work and family responsibilities together, as befits true gentlemen.However, not everything is so perfect… Rumour has it that there is a secret room in the building, and who knows what goes on in there. To find out what is happening there, you can try to become a member of the club and win their trust.
