I'm noticing issues in CAS with the latest patch. The "apply to all outfits" button don't work unless you do it for each part of the category. For example, it won't apply to every outfit unless you do the eyeshadow, liner, blush and lipstick separately. Also I have to use the task manager to exit the game. Options don't even come up.

another sims 4 question
made a new house, used settings to deactivate the dust mechanic a while ago, but for some reason my sim feels like the main room is:

Most sims hate being surrounded by filth and squalor.
but I can't find anything that could be prompting this. he doesn't have the Neat trait. I even had him clean the chess board. changed his easel to not have paint splotches on it. got rid of the charming spiderwebs. this lot has no traits. he's a vampire so he doesn't eat, doesn't even have a kitchen, so there's no hidden dirty dishes or anything
the only thing I haven't gotten rid of is the Flor du Azami Rug Pattern bc that took quite a bit of work to finish and I don't want to redo it but literally he has NOTHING that's dirty in here
nothing dirty outside either, and the Uncomfortable effect goes away in all the other rooms :c
any ideas...?
Sims bugs update:
The Sims Direct has recently posted saying that they are aware of the visual issues and crashing with the Simology Panel. They are also prioritizing issues of neighborhood stories and overly mean sims.

Anyone else having issues with the game trying to kill your children? Not teens, toddlers, infants etc. Just the child life stage. I've looked it up, others have had this issue. I tried a work around and it didn't work. So I just had to age up a certain child...but eventually Este will be a child. So...yeah. Ugh.

I have an exception that won’t go away no matter how many mods I delete or update. I will post the screens I have, but will focus on starting a new save for the Kekoa’s. I’ve had this had this save 4 yearrssss.
