Happy 20th anniversary to The Sims 2! I absolutely love The Sims 2 and how this game was treated. Every platform for it provides different, unique gameplay and lore. Out of all the PC versions, this is the one I tend to gravitate towards. There's just something about it. So here's a gift to celebrate it!
This gift consists of 8 conversions (+ an extra of the Torchemada Wall Torch to include a flipped version) from The Sims console and The Sims Bustin' Out. This was heavily inspired by the master bedroom at the Goth Manor location, also in spirit of Halloween coming up!

Kauri Living - 4t2 Conversion of Kiwisim4's Living Room Set
UPDATE: Spacey messed up. The painting in this set still has the GUID of the Red vs Blue base game picture thus overrides it. I am aware of the issue, but currently cannot fix it due to a lack of TS2 installation. As soon as I'm back up and running, I will get this fixed. I apologize it's been broken for so damn long.

This was supposed to be a quick project, but...well, you know how it goes. After much headdesking, here's a 4t2 conversion of @kiwisim4's gorgeous Kauri Living. I love the midcentury modern vibes and the cheerful colors and patterns. It's one of the larger downloads on this simblr (file size-wise), but I think it's worth it. 💜
It comes with thirteen pieces. I removed the shine from everything; only the lights have subsets (no shade recolors, though):
There are 20 art designs, 12 wood colors, 24 fabrics (12 patterns and 12 solid colors), and 12 ceramics (vases and table lamp). There's one additional recolor for the table lamp which is unswatched; it is a white terrazzo and recolor 13. Everything else is swatched:

Numbered swatches are included and all the objects and recolors are organized so you can easily keep just what you like. If I messed anything up, please let me know!

Obs.2: For mounting (bringing each niche closer together so they are connected next to each other as shown in the image) you need to use the "SetQuarterTilePlacement on" cheat.

Update - 17/01/2025
When I went to use them to clone, I discovered that the slots weren't working properly, I hadn't made the necessary edits and from what I realized I hadn't tested them properly, I apologize for that, so after the discovery, everything was corrected and I took the opportunity to add more slots.
All meshes and the collection file were corrected and I changed the collection image, so the preview was also changed.
A "Fixed" link will be available for those who have already downloaded before (copy or cut and paste to replace the files) and for those who download after the update, they can download via the normal link, as it has also been updated.
London "Mesa" Dining Design and Empress Dining Room Chair Recreated from The Sims
Some of my favorite tables from the franchise are the large 3x2 tables from The Sims 1, and I would love to have them in the later games. For now, here it is for The Sims 2 only (I haven't worked out how to do 3x2 tables for The Sims 3 or The Sims 4, though smaller versions are available). This is cloned from my 3x2 Yamato Dining Table conversion. The Empress chair is available for all 3 main games. Prices and motives are the same as in the original game. Info below the cut.

One Stop Souvenir Counter - 6 Destination Recolors of 4t2 One Stop Thrift Counter

I recently picked up @platinumaspiration's 4t2 conversion of the One Stop Thrift Counter and shamelessly slapped my Hello, World Travel Posters onto it for all your tourist trap needs. There are six recolors (which is a generous term, since I didn't actually recolor anything other than the posters):
I tried to choose suitable counter colors for each destination (like the red and black for Takemizu Village). A numbered swatch is included so you can easily keep just what you like (the texture is mirrored - learned that the hard way 😂 so the swatch is backwards. It's all good in game, though). Meshes are NOT included; make sure you grab them here!
Would there be any interest in these with hobby posters as well? I'd actually make an effort to recolor the base so it wouldn't get too redundant. Let me know if that's something you would want!
Yamato Dining Table and Yamato 'Stiff Back' Dining Chair Converted from The Sims 2 Console for The Sims 2
Hey everyone, it's been a good minute since my last release, so here's a little something from The Sims 2 console! The Yamato Dining Table is one of the few 3x2 tables available in the game. This is a fully functional, 10 seater table with 15 deco slots for The Sims 2. I cloned and fully unrepo'd Pixel Sims 3x2 Nordic Dining Table. (I would link, but I can't find a working source anymore?). This turned out great, aside from the thumbnail being semi-transparent. I was unable to fix this, but you can tell what the object is still. The original console description says it "seats up to four", which I've corrected to ten. When playing The Sims 2 console, you can see this chair featured at Tranquility Falls, and the table featured in the Freeber's home. I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you encounter any problems. I absolutely fell in love with @myshunosun's beautiful, beautiful Moonwood Garden set when I first saw it, and having converted one whole object recently, I figured, hey, why not? 😂 Let's just say I learned a lot along the way (like that slots really are little bastards).
There are 12 objects with varying numbers of recolors. The original set came with 13, but I was unable to make the floral arranging table functional (I tried, believe me, but it's just beyond my skills at the moment), so there's only the decorative version.
Here's a breakdown of everything included (if you'd like to see the individual meshes, please check out myshunosun's post linked above, she has lovely isolated previews of everything):
The table has 5 slots (only on the top surface; you'll need to use OMSPs or @lamare-sims' Shiftable Everything to use the lower shelves), the ladder shelf has 3, the 4-tile planter has 4 and the 2-tile planters has 2. Some plants look better than others in the planters; you can also place plants first and then place the planters over them with moveObjects on for fuller garden beds. The single bag of soil is repo'd to the double bags.
I only swatched the wood, doing everything wasn't really practical here. There is a numbered version included with the download:
