I am finally addressing this situation
So far I see anxiety,depression,not feeling well
Why? Maybe it's because we're trapped inside feeling trapped in a small box with so many people to share it with. Or- Maybe it's just you..
I didn't know how to address this situation when I first saw someone asking me what is it like to feel stressed?: It feels bad.. There is no other way I can simply explain it. There is no good feeling to it. But what does that mean> What does that lead to?
It leads to trying to hold onto your self. Does it mean to K*ll yourself? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!
If your feeling stressed PLEASE talk to me: Ask me questions! Make yourself feel better.
THE ANSWER IS NOT WITH A KNIFE OR A GUN!! If your thinking that THEN STOP DON'T DO IT! Drop it:
Lord knows that your life wasn't supposed to end there.
