I was gifted some seeds from D back in March. Planted them in a tiny pot with no expectations of how they’re gonna turn out but merely a trail to see if I can keep something else alive other than myself. We’ve been through ups and downs and S helped me transferring them to this McDonald’s ice cream cup to keep them alive as the original pot was too small for them. I was very pleased with myself of keeping it alive for the 3 months I’ve had them. At the end of June when I left, I have gifted my green back to D as a thank you 😂 otherwise I’d throw them away. Again had no expectations of how they’re gonna turn out. Few days ago, K sent me this photo with my lovely plant growing lovely than ever before and little did I knew that they almost died due to lack of care. Thanks to K they have prospered as they should be! It has made me to think: aren’t we all the same as these plants? Everyone comes to the world as a little seed with no difference from one of the other. Only with the right amount of care, nursing and guidance we will grow into the best way we can and stimulate all our potentials that are embedded in our little seed. #tryingtobedeep #randomthoughts #islanderlife https://www.instagram.com/p/B1RhlYwH9ZxdXGN3hybm-A_dJLOqlhJt86g1PU0/?igshid=12pyb8k5g8ndg
