Tryanuary Within the Wood Pub Crawl
Saturday 26th January 2019 3pm-11pm
Within the Walls & The York Society for The Preservation of Beers from the Wood present a Tryanuary special Pub Crawl event.
Visit 8 independent pubs on a tour of York with each pub featuring at least one specially selected local beer offered from a wooden cask.
We will be meeting at The Gillygate at 3pm and have allocated about 50 minutes per pub, just so we can fit them all in. As ever anyone is welcome to join our group but feel free to explore the route independently at your own speed if you so desire.
Quite a few of the beers are of a higher ABV so please be aware of this and practice sensible drinking. We cannot guarantee the beers availability but have done our best to make sure that everything listed here will be on at each venue. If any of the wood cask beers are not to your taste all the pubs will also have a fantastic range of other beers as well. Remember that food is available at most of the pubs too but it’s worth checking in advance.
