Nope! Once you start losing sleep you can't really "get it back". You can, however, start having a good sleep cycle from now on and try to stick to it. (Sorry to bother, but i'm having the same problem) :P
Well I guess I'll try getting to bed at a reasonable time tonight. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with a horrible messed up sleep cycle!

Yeah... didn't go so well. I fell asleep at 7am and woke up at about 2:30pm. Not as bad as it could have been, I suppose.
