"You didn't have to do that you dummy! I could've..." Her voice trailed off before she could even attempt to finish her words. She knew she wouldn't. With the barrage of shadows having to fend off and with her own vulnerable ailments of electricity, she couldn't be able to fight them back while she was down. And with Charlie taking the oncoming second blow instead of her, it had only deepened her guilt when she believed herself to be stronger than this and fend for herself. It was okay to put trust in others and receive the help rather but bad habits still latched on to her it seems. Yukari sighed, rubbing her head in frustration before pushing her hair back from her eyes. She reached in her bag to pull out an item to help him heal from any pain. "...thanks, I guess I do owe you one. Do you need to rest up or anything?"

“ mr. tunoku ? ” the prince of shuin’s face peers in, brown eyes concerned- as if her mere existence were taking up too much time. she takes another step in to the faculty office. “ i was- wondering if your fencing class had anymore open spots- since volleyball season is over and um. ” her words come out as a shaky rush. “ principal kobayakawa . . . asked me to join more extra curriculars to help improve the school’s image, in exchange for being able to continue to attend shujin. ”

Eyes exceptionally narrow, blinded by both the resulting spark and broken chain of a young boy’s psyche, and the mere idea of this body being considered anything close to resembling a ma’am. She was six-hundred-something years young, after all. 

Mother Harlot’s scream reverberates long after she dissipates, bouncing off the seemingly liminal space long enough to lay waste to the affected. Despite a jarring lack of commonplace manners, she humours him, arriving to his side to survey said carnage. Truly, if she hadn’t known better, one might say he’s got a mommy kink. 

“ Dare I say that’s an exceptional power. But, I’ve had enough with these pet names, ” she claps back, stamping her foot upon an errant bone not charred. “ It’s Bayonetta, and if you slip up again I’ll have more than just your tongue. ” 

For emphasis, she aims a flick to the other’s nose bridge, intent on mussing up his boyish frames— hard enough to drill the concept into anyone’s thick skull. 

“ Now, you tell me, child, ” she pushes past both his correction, and his shoulder. Enough to cross her arms over her chest at their admittedly bleak horizon, painted in rivers of scarlet hue. 

“ Where are you off to by yourself with a... pocket-full of rocks? ” 

Time had since passed she had overheard the new teacher speaking on the phone about persona’s and she had been doing everything she could to find out more. She still hadn’t told the rest of the team, afraid of setting them on edge, especially with the rumors of a black masked persona user also in the Metaverse. What if it was their teacher. She knew she couldn’t keep sneaking around and decided to confront him. 

With no deep-diving session in mementos today, Makoto was left to be able to deal with some student council issues that needed her attention. Scrolling through her notes, she was gradually getting to just about everything. Budgetary issues for the upcoming festival, dealing with entirely separate student matters, and managing the upholding of clubs--

She was about to cross the path that led from the main building to the club building, mostly empty due to most students being home by now, but stopped as she heard a voice. Glancing about, she  would take notice of the back of a teacher’s head. That was...  Tunoku-sensei, right? 

Rise jumped up and down excitedly as she purred.

“Senpai is coming to visit!” She squealed happily as she bounced around in her room. As she brushed her hair with a dreamy look, she blinked at the ring of her doorbell.

Both fair ways to read their characters tbh. I guess the way I write Makoto just just *makoto voice* m-maybe if I REALLY like the monster or something--
