College Life isn’t all that you see in movies. Actually, its nothing like that. You sit in a lecture with 200+ students to listen to a mono-tone professor. They assign a shit ton of homework, that you will never use again.Â
Parties??? please… more like 15 people sitting around a table playing drinking games. No House Bunny college or American Pie Parties.Â
Frat parties..well that’s another story.Â
Whats dorm life like?
Well for starters, little 8'6" by 15’ room that you share with a roommate. If you don’t get along, that sucks. Luckily you’ll get one that you do. Showers in the dorms suck. Gotta wear your flip flops to avoid athletes foot, bring a caddy with all your bathroom shit, and trying to change in the shower stalls without getting your clothes wet, is nearly impossible. You share you floor with 80 or so people, in which some of them youll hate and some of them youll love. You have the party people, the stoners, the fake girls, sorority girls, health nuts, loners, study buddies and then there is me… i float from group to group. Â
