Damian interrupts Bruce's date with John and Zatanna to demand an appraisal of the potions he purchased from a new witch in Gotham. Bruce has the very familiar urge to throttle his own son as his partners wiggle out from under the bedcovers to examine the various bottles Damian had brought, tilting the glass and holding them up to the light. They hadn't been doing anything inappropriate, just watching a movie in bed, but Bruce had been hopeful that would change, seeing as his kids were all having a sleepover at Dick's. Apparently, Damian decided he was too old for sleepovers and had gone to a street market on his own for some browsing. "You said a witch just sold this to you for five dollars?" John asks as Zatanna takes a sniff from a pink bottle. Damian nods, arms folded perfectly behind his back like a soldier reporting to an officer. Bruce watches from the bed, head held up by one hand, lying on his side to appreciate his lovers' backsides. "Richard claimed the man was a liar, but I recognized the old magic within the bottle and needed a professional to prove the Witch is legitimate." Zatanna corks the potion, glancing over her shoulder to give Bruce a look, and suddenly he knows they won't be having fun No-Kids Night. "This is very real, in fact, it's the strongest love potion I have ever encountered. Bruce, I think we might have a new villain on our hands." John sighs, putting a blue potion on the nightstand to grab his coat. "Just when the fantasy was within reach, a witch with a pyramid scheme takes it away."
