beautiful even when bare especially when bare, heart and soul and neck,

sometimes she's all ruffled feathers, that fire others saw as anger but you saw as the truest base of love

nothing else is worth fighting so much, she's the type of girl you meet at the show but really you just see her at the show like how you don't approach a person in prayer,

she calls to god from the middle of the pit you worry for her till you see her firsts,

and the wide berth about her she's all open safety-pin-sharp after dark,

she's known her fair share of hawks -

thirty years can't pull those basement shows from her blood - there's been a few eggs laid and a few even hatched

but it takes just one puff of second-hand smoke to bring that all rushing back

Neil has been down this road before. 

But my main problem is this: as someone who loves the book, I have NO IDEA how faithful the show is to the book. I have no idea what anyone’s opinions are on the rest of the show. I have no idea what the rest of the show is even really like or who’s in it because 99% of the “Good Omens” posts on my dash are about Crowley/Aziraphale. v__v And it doesn’t matter what my opinion on them as a couple is; it’s annoying to me that that’s *all* I’m hearing about.

It’s like if you went to a new restaurant and asked the waiter for a recommendation, and they said, “Well, the chocolate mousse cake is fantastic!” And you said, “Great! What about entrees?” and they just kept talking about the cake. Like, yeah, sure, it sounds like a great cake, I’d love to try it sometime, maybe, oh, I dunno, AFTER MY MAIN COURSE. TELL ME ABOUT THE MAIN COURSES, THAT’S WHAT I’M HERE FOR.
