Hi it's me again. Did some quick searching, and I guess this is Capsaicin??? That certainly explains it.
He seems chill at the moment, literally just on my couch as we speak.
May I please have any advice on how to handle Capsaicins? I'm afraid one wrong move could burn my house down.

Fireproof one room in your house as MUCH as you can! You could make that his own room so he can get fired up as much as he wants.
Give him spicy foods, the hotter the better. I sheltered a Capsaicin myself one time and I caught him drinking the bottle of hot sauce in my fridge lolz
He may seem intimidating, but Capsaicins are total sweethearts and great friends! They also understand how fire and humans don't mix, so do remind him to "tone down the heat" sometimes.
Capsaicins may also be a little insecure about their powers, as they truly do not want to accidentally hurt anyone from how powerful they are. Take note of that and help yours whenever he needs it! And don't ask about the shackles.
