Mahoju are creatures of high intelligence and/or advanced chi powers, and some of such creatures become powerful enough to obtain godhood. Shin in one such creature.

Towering over the tallest of trees, Shin is a god of life and prosperity. It is said that in exchange for a valued possession, Shin can cure even the deadliest of toxins or diseases, though it often involves altering the infected creature’s appearance.

Is a forest a hoard of trees?

Would that make ents dragons?

Or give argument that living things aren't hoards?

But I wish there were tree dragons,

Climbing through the braches up above,

Making nests and hoards of stones,

Giving nature a supporting shove.

They wouldn't need to hoard trees or wood,

Just living among the branches there,

Hidden so people wouldn't stare.

Isn't that nice?

A tree dragon,

Oak: The strongest of the species, it has thick bark scales that cover it's entire body

Willow: A little smaller than it brethren but no less deadly. Long & lithe, it is quicker in the air than the swiftest bird & turns like the wind. Instead of scales it's olive body is a mass of intertwining branches topped by small black buds.

Silver Birch: A little larger than willow. It's scales have a strange upward curve to them that give them the appearance of curls. It's silvery hide often catches the sun causing it to shine like a star.

Holly: Dark green in colour, it is covered in spiky scales which it is able it fire in self defence.
