Random Thought #372
If Jeff Mangum of Neutral Milk Hotel and Travis Morrison of The Dismemberment Plan ever recorded a song together, I wonder if people would be able to pick apart which voice was whose when listening to it.
It’s a lot like a couple being friends with another couple. Couples like to hang out with couples, but sometimes couple friends are the worst. Sometimes they’re fighting, or one’s just going off on the other one. They argue about who has to pay for the bill. But when you get good couple friends, it’s so satisfying. It really adds to your relationship. You learn from them, about how to be a couple, the things they do.
