How to: *:･ﾟ✧ "Transparent Backgrounds!!"*:･ﾟ✧
First off I'm using Photoshop so I don't know if this will comply with other programs. Just fyi.
Step 1: Take whatever image you want transparent and open it in photoshop.
Step 2: Duplicate the "background" and delete it. Leaving only "background copy".
Step 3: Select your "Magic Wand Tool"
and click on your image. There should now be a whole bunch of black lines moving around the edges of your picture. Like this
Step 4: Next right click and select "Refine Edge" Set "smooth" to about fifty (you can mess around with the setting if you want) and hit "ok"
Step 5: Now press "backspace", right click again and select "deselect", resulting in this
Step 6: Make sure the background is checkered and you have things the way you want them, then go to "file" "save as" "png."
And you're done!
