Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent.
laura mercier translucent setting powder
back at cha again with another face product review. i promise my next one will be for eyes or lips or something else. as for the laura mercier translucent setting powder goes everyone knows it’s many people’s cult fav. and i mean i see it but i also really don't. it sets beautifully well, and yes i do mean beautifully. it makes all of your makeup set and stuck on your face and that is exactly what i love in a powder. but heres where i start to dislike it. 1 it’s slightly cakey. 2 it has crazy flashback. now the first one is fine because its powdery cakey look can easily be fixed by a little setting spray and a beauty sponge. the flashback of it can not be fixed and believe me i have tried. now this goes without saying I'm not saying its bad. i don't take that many flash photos so i can wear it on a day to day but for special events when i need a loose powder to bake my underlies and set all night long and be able to take beautiful photography i can't. which makes this product super limiting. for this i give it a 3 out of 5 stars. its not amazing not terrible. its just at average and can only be used sometimes.
