hi amelia your diltab proposal posting made me think about how much they love in the sims when something happens that is both really romantic or significant but also kind of a disaster/silly like when dab and evan bonked heads when kissing at their wedding and how i bet they have a million cherished memories of moments that were both really romantic and important to them and one of them bungled something or something went slightly sideways (even just like dan saying how phil making him bolognese was so sweet but he was sick so he couldn’t taste it) and that makes those memories even more special. like so much of them feels reflected in how they play and react to their sims. 🥺 - @diphowell
GOD LITERALLYYYYYYY like ohhhh my god im never not thinking about when dab and evan bonked heads and dan went "that is.... perfectly on brand" bc it really is so perfectly dan and phil :') like ohhh the howlters are a weird little mess and it couldnt be any other way because oh it's so very dan and phil<33 from dil breaking every dish he owns to proposing in his underwear he really is their son and none of us would have it any other way and i think that's the most beautiful thing in the world:')
