You may know how much I love the alchemical purpose of magic. What I believe magic to be is this internal capacity to change, be open to possibility, to transform our present circumstances. I call these #smallmilestones and don't doubt the power of these accomplishments. A small milestone is when you make the better decision for yourself or be open-hearted when you would prefer to be closed. For me, these show up in making better choices about self-care, my #edrecovery and the way I talk to myself.
