Transcanimals is a story board short, written, directed, some what voiced, and draw by me. It’s about two trans cats living in an apartment together. Nala and chess.

Nala is a brown cat trans girl, lesbian who has an enormous crush on a girl on one of her college courses. She’s an independent theatre kid who just wants to be a famous actress/singer/fashionista/trans lesbian icon. Not a lot to ask for?! But she’s constantly getting in her own way with her anger, and need to wnat to take on responsibilities that don’t need her aid. She’s a verry hard working women, almost a stern mother to chess. Trying to get him a job that stick, so he can start paying rent. 

Chess is tux cat trans man, homosexual who’s mostly described as a chill, layed-back guy. He doesn’t care for many things, except nala. His best friend. He is often unemployed, as he’s not well with jobs and can be quite incompetent. Yet he’s still the friend who somehow still has money for a street dog. Where dose he get it? Idk! And although he’s free in his chud life, and can be supper annoying at times; he’s still there evry time for his best friend when things get hard for her.

The story of transcanimals isn’t yet finished, as I am working on the second draft, and then I await the cast review. I’m so incredibly excited to be working on this project with all of my friends! And I hope there will be ppl out there who feel the same. There isn’t a lot of trans media out there made by trans ppl. And I want to give that to the world and hope ppl feel represented in my work.
