Has Doctor Who done a train robbery yet? Like an old-timey train robbery with miners and gold and oops the stuff they dug up wasn't just gold and now aliens are involved?
Lured here by the promise of tens of thousands in gold, Jesse James started a quintessentially American trend of robbing trains in-motion.
With the engineer dead and one of the train robbers on the roof of the locomotive, the kid who was hired to shovel coal into the furnace grabs the sawed-off shotgun. He had only fired a .22 rifle up until now. A while later, after getting away from the rest of the robbers, the train slowly chugs into the Leadville Station. Not because the kid knew how to operate the controls, but because he stopped shoveling in the coal. It simply ran out of steam. Now he starts wondering if he'll be the one that has to clean up the mess. Splatters of blood everywhere along with ripped up pieces of black leather and chunks of internal matter which were unidentifiable.
It's his first time in charge and one thing he's glad of. He followed the advice of his predecessor... "Always keep yer sawed-off twelve gauge handy." But now he's wondering whose job it'll be to clean off all those blood splatters and chunks of testicles after he gelded the robber trying to get in through the window.

The Old West goes out with a bang.
"MEN HELD UP AND ROBBED AS THEY ENTERED TRAIN," Winnipeg Tribune. December 5, 1913. Page 3. ---- One Reported to Have Been Relieved of $200 at Warman, Saskatchewan --- Rosthern, Sask., Dec. 4. - Henry H. Bartsch, of Great Deer, and Peter Neufeldt, of Aberdeen en route to Rosthern were held up at Warman just as the train was pulling out for the north. Bartsch was robbed of $39 dollars and Neufeldt of $50. Another man whom they did not know said he was robbed of $200. While one man blocked the door leading into the car, two others rubbed against these men. A few minutes after the train had left Warman they discovered their loss.
