tpvh fandom should take more advantage of the npcs that got thrown at us tbh, theres some awesome character concepts in there. like literal laika and they tried to save her and everyone who was up in that stupid aircraft with her was just as doomed? and all she wanted was treats btw. arlo? similar story. hes so. carly? knowingly pitted francis and shane against each other. why did she do that. for fun and profit im assuming. i love her. ebeneezer white and penny picket (i forgot her real name, will probs edit it in)? okay enemies to lovers background characters?? you rule. ambrister? guy who goes "no youre not ready for gunkata" and then escorts blake into the afterlife (which we have not seem with any past characters btw, but i digress. im in the middle of my fic regarding that anyways). dr dog? the sapphics have already been over this. dr dog. bottom text. javier? will they won't they relationship with original trudy, the only person we see who was there for her during her racer arc, and he never knows why she left? okauy fine he's very much so a background character but i really like him. this podcast has crazy background characters and youre just meant to go oh okay and move on with your life

i havent listened to the peachyville horror since it ended and i just remembered about Canon Catboy tony collette i feel like i just got hit by a truck. just like tony rip king i know youre looking up at us

returning to my roots: trudy posting. Because what if you refused to lose anyone and in doing so you doomed the whole world. What if you were made to be selfless and good and put others first, and when it came down to it, your desperation wasn't your coding or what you were forced to be. What if you were allowed to make your own choices and you chose to be selfish and it ruined everything but there was a chance it could've worked. And then what if you didn't die. You got saved. What if you got to be selfish and have a life you always wanted (one where you were free). And you lost people in the process and it was your fault but you lived and you get to be happy and, fuck, maybe you don't deserve it, but you get it anyways. To be clear I think she deserves everything good and I simply find it poignant that she was never allowed to make even small mistakes. And then she doomed the whole world and she was still allowed to be happy okay . The narrative didn't punish her any more than anyone else involved. She still played bowling and still got to make her decisions and decide to live if she wanted, and she got to have a future if she wanted
