Gratitude Challenge Day 18: I used the Oregano trick today and it worked! I was working in Culver City in an area that doesn't have much parking. I knew of a street that has a small space of unmetered/no timed signs. Well it has been over a year since I've been in that part of town so the street now has 2 hour parking + Tow Away. I was in a quandary. I didn't have time to look for additional parking and if I was late, I wouldn't get paid. So I parked the car, sprinkled a TON of oregano and asked AA Michael to protect my car. It was the longest 6 hours of my life. When I left at 7:30 I was pretty certain my car would be gone. But like, and behold my car was still there. And the car that I parked in front of was still there. Maybe the oregano and the Angels protected that section of the street. 😇 I don't recommend tempting fate like that but sometimes you have no choice.
