Touch Your Heart (Drama Review)
Touch Your Heart is a romantic comedy that talks about the love story of a top actress who fell into a slump and a prickly lawyer. The story unfolds as Oh Yoon Seo, played by Yoo InNa, a famous actress who is known for her beauty but is actually quite bad at acting fell into a slump when she got involved in a scandal with a son of a chaebol family. After 2 years of hiatus, she badly wanted to get back into acting and desperately wanted the lead role in a writer’s drama. The writer won’t allow her to star in the drama not unless she gains experience for the role. She then took the chance and now, she would need to work as a secretary of a lawyer for 3 months. This lawyer is Kwon Jung Rok, played by Lee Dong Wook, who is known to be cold hearted and arrogant. The story then goes as to how the two got over what at first was a bad relationship to becoming closer and getting to know each other then to a budding romance.
This drama just ended this week and I just saw the last episode yesterday. I totally didn’t want this drama to end at all. I was enjoying each episode so much, looking forward to each episode every week. Oh well, all good things come to an end. When the first teasers of this drama came out, I was already looking forward to it and I was very happy it exceeded what I had expected. The drama was so on point and it would hit your heart and still make you laugh a lot. It isn’t heavy at all which is a great ender for a stressful day. You would totally forget all your problems while watching this.
The plot was well written. The actors were perfect for their roles. This was like a reincarnation of the Grim Reaper and Sunny. Yoo InNa was amazing in this drama. The character suits her so much that I would love to see her more in roles like this. Lee Dong Wook, as expected from a top actor, did an awesome job as well. I really find him cute in the drama. The role suited him so much too. Everyone in the cast did well actually, I wouldn’t ask the cast to be changed because even the secondary characters were really good. The OST is amazing (now playing Chen’s Make It Count.)! You would learn a lot of things here too from love to career.
You would definitely fall in love with this drama like I did. I’m giving this 9.5/10!

Ya girl is hooked again
Been watching Touch Your Heart drama and BOII am I hooked?!! My expectations were lower going in honestly because I thought Lee Dong Wook’s character would be “boring” since he’s always so serious all the time but the cheekiness and confidence of Yoo In Na’s character goes so welllll!! It’s honestly so much more lighthearted and funnier than you would think so def recommend 🥰
