i'm so confused with the usage of the terms psychologist, therapist and "psiquiatra" in english, of course i notice USA people say "therapist" but idk if it's the same (so it's a LANGUAGE thing) or if therapists are just not used here in Mexico
i'm not sure how hypnosis helps with depression... but i've read some articles and it says that yes, it's used against depression
