Her Imperial Highness The Duchess of Kent accompanied her mother The Princess of Avalon on her first official engagement as a working royal. The Duchess who is also attending an online university has begun attending royal engagements, the Palace announced that Her Imperial Highness will accompany other members of the family on engagements for some time before she will begin to carry out her own engagements. The Duchess is scheduled to attend an event with her grandmother the Empress later this week as well as one with her father The Duke of Devonshire next week.

Their Imperial Highnesses visited the new Lilanelona Children's Center and Daycare. TIH were greeted by center director Mrs. Lau, Mrs. Lau showed the Imperial mother and daughter around the center before stepping back to allow Their Imperial Highnesses to interact with children and staff.

The Princess of Avalon wore a rarely seen broach, The Devonshire Citrine and Diamond Brooch. The Brooch is a part of the Devonshire Parure.

Present day 2024

Melody: Hi Mama, How are you and mommy doing?

Meghan: Hi my love, mommy and I are doing well. How are my grandbabies?

Melody: The kids are doing well. They are growing up so quickly. I miss you and mommy, hopefully you and mommy can come out and visit and bring Markus with you.

Meghan: Hopefully we can soon. Markus misses you and the kids so much. He keeps asking for you. Now my love, were you just calling to chat or?

Melody:Actually I have a question. I was doing a bit of research about Elthonian history, you know, and I discovered something that I find really Interesting. 

Meghan: Really what did you discover?

Melody: Some noble man who changed his name to go to Caledonya. I would like to know what he did there while he was living there. Since it’s odd he’d change his identity for a while.

Meghan: Hmm. I can ask your Grandpa or Aunt Kit if they know anything and maybe they can check the archives. I know some of the records have been digitized but not everything. Send me any information you have on him and I’ll give it to your Grandfather or Aunt. One of them will email you anything they can find.

 Melody: Thank you! That’d be great. Could you give my love to Grandpa and Aunt Kit, I miss them both terribly.

Her Imperial Majesty Empress Alexandra and Her Imperial Highness the Duchess of Kent visited a group home operated by The Autism Foundation, an organisation for which Her Imperial Majesty serves as patron, owing to her personal commitment to its mission following her eldest son's autism diagnosis.

Her Imperial Highness the Duchess of Kent has been attending scheduled engagements alongside senior members of the Imperial Family as she assumes her responsibilities as a full-time working royal, while concurrently pursuing online coursework.

The Imperial Duo were received by Mrs. Rachel Henley, director of the foundation, who conducted a tour of the newly renovated group home located in downtown Lilanelona. There were no residents present, as the majority were participating in various daily activities at the foundation's main building.

Throughout the visit, Mrs. Henley highlighted the innovative therapeutic approaches and community integration programs that have become hallmarks of the foundation’s work. The Empress and the Duchess engaged attentively with members of the staff, expressing particular interest in the sensory-friendly design elements and the individualized support plans created for each resident.

Her Royal Highness Princess Abigail who has been in Alendale for her final dress fitting ahead of her own wedding to HIH Prince Nicholas attended the wedding of her brother His Royal Highness Crown Prince James to Her Royal Highness Princess Elisabeth. Princess Elisabeth who became Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Elisabeth upon their marriage, Crown Prince James and King George will be traveling back to Lilanelona with Princess Abigail and staying at St. Thomas Palace with Their Imperial Majesties Emperor Richard and Empress Aurora in the lead up to the Imperial Wedding. Their Royal Highnesses will then be leaving on their honeymoon (the location has not been released) directly after the wedding.
