People march and do demonstrations to protest and while that’s still fine and good, it doesn’t make a difference as fast as we want it to. We need to protest better. And in order to do that we need to adapt with the times.

Let’s all send an email to walmart, the biggest chain store in the world, to change their plastic bags to hemp paper bags.

Hemp is easier to harvest than trees, it grows faster and takes up less space but more importantly it’s biodegradable. It‘s the best crop in the world to breathe in CO2 and the best option to replacing plastic and other one-use materials.

I’ve said time and time again that hemp paper is better than tree paper because it grows faster, is more durable, takes up less land to grow, and takes less time to manufacture. Paper is biodegradable, easily recyclable, and easy on the eyes. We already know that plastic bags pollute the environment and are just general eyesores. Well, paper bags are obviously the solution to gross plastic bags. But not just ANY paper bags! Hemp paper bags.

Do you want to be young forever? Of course you do. Growing old is an experience that many of those in life can’t skip, can’t avoid- that is, unless our lives end early. Old age shouldn’t be looked down on the way it is now. It is a success to grow old. By growing old you’ve shown impressive self management and survival skills in all honesty. Unfortunately the side effects of growing old - like complications with our health, deteriating minds and bodies - make growing old a burden rather than the boost it should be.

In this day and age, more is possible to us than it was to previous generations. As science progresses and great minds think alike over time, the world has written more goals in the cards for us. One of those goals is figuring out how to stay young forever... or longer than we can now.

tissue regeneration, reversing aging in animals by adding new DNA instructions to their bodies, stem cell research for tissue and organ rejuvenation, lymph nodes regrowing functioning organs in a patient’s body, developing small molecules to extend life spans, delaying the onset or preventing Alzheimers, Parkinsons disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, stroke, and other human-related diseases—THIS AND MORE, is being done to change the world, change OUR LIVES.

of course, none of this will matter if we can’t get our planet in order. We have to ensure the long and healthy life of our planet first, and don’t you forget it.

in 1820, 1920, and now again in 2020 there have been massive disease outbreaks! what is up with that?

in the 1820s there was a cholera pandemic [1820-1824 origin: british india] cholera caused severe diarrhea and dehydration. we should have had toilet paper shortages back then but for some reason it’s now.

in 1920 there was a spanish flu/influenza pandemic, but it was in its last waves [1918-1920 origin: unknown] caused a high fever, dry cough, and exhaustion. it affected younger generations more than older generations unlike corona and it was very deadly.

now in 2020 there’s the corona pandemic [2019-???? origin: china] which has flu-like symptoms... wash your hands... ironically this is occurring in the year of the rat.

walking around I see people wearing gloves, some even wearing masks. The stores in my shopping district are getting picked clean of basic essentials, shelves empty. People are buying enough toilet paper to wrap themseves and their homes up like a mummy. Workers confess they’ve been given the go to work from home, buying office equipment to do so. Schools and businesses are shutting down. And me? I’m wearing gloves.

Is this the apocalypse?

and if it is the apocalypse, why is it “happy”? Of course, I understand that that was the joke: “happy” apocalypse lol. but in a way, I feel like people are happy to see a failing society buffer around them, even if it is only slightly.

people want the world to stop spinning them for a moment, because they’re dizzy. they need a refresh. they want it all to pause. and if it takes a crisis to do so, then so be it.

i think people really don’t like how the world works right now and secretly they like to see it freeze.

we want to be free to better ourselves without systematic obstacles tripping us over. things like living in a beautiful home, learning things we want to learn, going places we want to go, check ups at the doctors, or working our dream job are always hindered by money, school debt, no funds, bills, and a lack of opportunities.

I don’t want to render money obsolete. But I feel like there are certain things where money shouldn’t even come into the equation.
