Went to the gym, for cardio i did Zumba, RPM, which is a high intesity spinning class (you burn more than 400 h a 45 minutes :O) and then jogged 3 miles on the track :D

3 sets, 14 side lunge side lungee. (each leg)
1 set, 14 side rapid lunge
2 sets of 100 bycycle crunches.
3 sets of 25 of twisted pike up.
This, crunch i don't remember the name.. you lay on your back in a pilates mat with your knees bent touching the floor with your arms extended in front of you, you lift your upper body but inclining to the ceiling stay for two seconds, go slowly down as you breathe and stretch the abs. that counts for a repetition. I did 2 sets of 25 of this.
I did three planks of 30 secs each.
Side plank hip lift. 15 of each side.
Alternated, standing weighted oblique crunch. Of this i did like millions ahaha i don't really remember but i like 5 sets of 25.
