â â â â â   â シ˳ . â â âż â âシ. things to keep in mind
never use tone indicators as a joke, it defeats the whole purpose of them. do not make fun of tone indicators and people who need them, they serve a good purpose and help prevent misunderstandings. and lastly, not all people (neurodivergent or not) need or even want tone indicators. people will usually have it somewhere on their profile and if not, you can ask them if they need tone tags.
note: nobody expects you to know every tone indicator, itâs okay to not remember them all. there are many after all. and itâs okay to ask for a reminder of what tone tag means. you do not need to use all of the tone indicators. â¤ď¸
