We'll see how this goes... whole chicken on the grill since it's waaay too hot to cook indoors. I'm doing a modified-modified version of bundt pan roasted chicken, since I've discovered my bundt pan must have been left in PA during the move. The hubby and The Nag went on a mission to buy one, and came back with the 2-pc angel food cake pan instead. Should be ok, I covered the bottom with foil to try to trap the juices in the pan, and hedged my bets with a small cookie sheet. After all, it's indirect grilling, right?😉 Marinated lemony chicken with potato medley, onions, and smashed garlic in the pan the chicken is perched on. Will turn it 180-degrees in about 40 minutes, then dinner should be ready about 40 minutes-ish after that.
