Short comic about a geological explorer working around Romania. She recounts the harsh working conditions and ensuing degradation of infrastructure following the collapse of the Communist regime.

Last year Greenpeace Romania invited me to illustrate their proposal for a cleaner environment. Their plan was supposed to be mailed to officials in the newly elected government by mid December. Since they'd initially told me to have the work done in a week or so (also, keeping in mind the fact that the material was destined for officals with little time to spare + an excess of images shifts focus from the message) I tried to stick to the essentials, hence the pared down graphics of the Decalogue.
