Vaguely interesting, fragmented prose, consistently misspelling Lockhart as “Lockheart”, who is now a pedophile (which is a plot twist I despise) -- overall, a useless chapter.

I still haven’t yet read a useful inclusion of a snake familiar in any fanfic, and this is no exception, especially with the betrayal of Hagrid’s friendship for the snake --and man, who misspells Hagrid’s name? Harry Potter and the Faces of Fate Chapter 26 by tommorusso The idea of Harry as a prankster is nearly always terrible, so I’m suspicious -- and having frikkin’ LEE JORDAN DOING THE FIDELIUS as a third or fourth year is ridiculous (no offense to the guy, but even Dumbledore would be a stretch at that age).
Wand and Shield Chapter 27 by Morta’s Priest
Not as much action, a lot of talk and plot progression, with a cute Robert Downey Jr. meta reference (although the pop culture references in general get a bit much) -- still the best HP/Marvel crossover out there.
