for the ap thing - I got a 5 on APUSH, just to spite my teacher (who took the liberty of failing me second semester because I was in the hospital the day of the final, even though I came in to take it the next day) which I would be thrilled about, except I got 3s on bio and seminar, which messes up my whole plan to go to school internationally.
Getting 5s on AP tests out of spite is, as the kids say, a Big Mood. A huge congrats from me for doing so well! (Also what your teacher did was super fucked up and I hope you had some kind of recourse for their actions.)Â
As for those 3s, those are also really solid scores and I’m super proud of you for achieving them. They’re not perfect, but that’s definitely a sign that you learned from those classes which at the end of the day is the most important thing. It sucks that your scores screwed up your original plans to go to school abroad, but there are multiple avenues to achieve that dream. Hopefully, there’s another path you can take that might work for you in lieu of your original plan. Best of luck and have a wonderful summer!
