Toffee Macaroons are chewy coconut cookies with a hint of sweetness from toffee bits. These treats are simple to make and are ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup toffee bits. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, toffee bits, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated. Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each macaroon. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the macaroons cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, the toffee macaroons are ready to be served and enjoyed!
