Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup kale leaves. 1/2 cup Swiss chard. 1/2 cup cucumber. 1/2 cup celery. 1/2 banana. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Make sure to wash the Swiss chard, spinach, and kale really well. The cucumber and celery should be cut up into little chunks. Using a blender, blend everything together, starting with the greens. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. You can add ice cubes to make it colder. If you want to make the smoothie sweeter, you can add more honey. Blend again for a short time to add any more honey. Get a glass and enjoy the smoothie!
