I need to lose 20 lbs
Since January, I’ve been on Slim Genics This summer has been a total bust, I regained 15 of the lbs I lose. However yesterday, I re evaluated my life, and realized I have to finish what I started. My DH of course is ok, with my weight he loves me no matter what, but what if that changes? It is a good possibility that it could happen. Maybe not this year, or next but I’m sure somewhere down the line he will. So eating better and on plan, and hopefully some exercise. I’m sleeping fine, but not up to what is up with a good time of the day . I can sleep in to noon and have 3.5 hours before work. YUCK I’ll hope to lose the weight and get to 200 lbs, and than 40 more until I’m happy with myself.
I have no self esteem and I usually hate myself, especially when I eat wrong. The guilt is right there.

god sometimes i feel really good about myself and i actually think i look pretty and that i'm not super fat, but then i go shopping and i can't by the clothes that pretty girls wear because they're all to small......i just want to be comfortable in my own skin for once.
