Toe walking (wikipedia link) is when you walk only on the toe and ball of your foot, not with your whole foot. Your heel doesn't touch the ground when you toe walk. It's very common in toddlers but most grow out of it.
For this poll, "I used to, but I stopped" means stopping for any reason: it can mean you stopped naturally/on your own, you were trained out of it, you had a corrective surgery, you're no longer able to walk, etc.
Do/did you frequently toe walk (past the age of 3–4)? Are you autistic?
