Seasons Greetings to all of my Instagram friends & social media followers!! This past Sunday (11/27/2016), I attended "The Hangar Remembers Dick Quinn", a memorial concert in honor of my friend and super music fan, Richard "Dick" Masters Quinn, who passed away one year ago today (11/28/2015), at the Hangar On The Hudson in Troy, NY. It was a wonderful afternoon to listen to local music while remembering my friend and other local musicians that have passed away this year as well. All of the money that was raised from the concert is going towards a medical fund for local musicians that are in need called the "Dick Quinn Memorial Fund". During the intermission, local musicians came together to play holiday songs such as this amazing cover of "Sleigh Bells" to get into the Christmas, Holiday spirit!! Great job to my friends that hosted and performed at this event in memory of our musician friends and fans!! Happy Holidays!!
