This poem is a reference to the curse graved on Shakespeare's tomb.
Translation literal: "Grace, you who read those words, forbeare, to defile this place with your heavy burden. miserable are the ones who watch these bones, but be careful not to disturb their rest.".
Poetical translation: "Dear reader, for grace sake, forbeare, to dare defile your sins down here. Fools are the gards of these bones resting there. But profane this place, and their wrath you'll fear."
Literal translation: "Cher lecteur, de grâce, asbstiens-toi, d'oser amener tes péchés ici-bas. Fous sont les gardiens des os reposants là , mais crains leur colère si tu profane cet endroit."
